This has been going on all year at gym--
While I'm jogging it's not as bad, I really only get just a little dizzy, but I still see a halo around the lights.
When I run, about a minute into it, the same happens, but I also get really dizzy/lightheaded.
When I'm done running I usually feel really tired, and sometimes there's a weird cold sweat on my wrists.
It takes about 2 minutes for my heart rate to go back to normal, and after that I feel REALLY lightheaded.
Anyone know what's wrong? :(
