  • well, as far as sugar cravings are concerned, alcohol raises insulin levels which means you get a sugar rush or high, and then "crash". dramatic fluctuations in insulin (or body sugar) create cravings for more sugar. it's a vicious cycle.is there any particular reason for drinking up to 14 beers per day? it would be a good idea to stop. if you can't you are most likely addicted and should seek help asap. fatigue? yes. i'm pretty sure over consumption of alcohol is to blame.coughing: cigarettes can make you do that. can you quit smoking? if not see advice above. you say you are 25 years old? if you continue mistreating your body chances are it will not function properly at all in a few years.
