I have been having problems for years and finally got Dx with Meniere's. But then I started have severe pains, so another dr 2 years later Dx me with Fibromayalsia (FMS).

I have so many other symptoms that I went to a Neurologist who says I have too many symptoms for my 31 years of age. I feel the drs are just stopping at the FMS even though Steroid injections for pain are not working.

I have IBS, fatigue, migraines, skin lesions (right arm), severe pains in neck, back, legs, feet, hips, Arm going numb, feet getting cold and numb, trouble eating/swallowing, blurred vision, tinnitus, ear pain, fluccuating hearing loss, chronic imbalance, Tremors, unable to hold things (dropping things often), heat intolerance, legs give out, vertigo.

This is most of my symptoms anyways.

I had a scuba accident in 2001 and blew my ear drum, but most of this all started after I had my son in 2005 (second child). Oh I cant lose weight no matter if I take diet pills, exercise 5 days a week, etc. I was doing Martial arts and fitness kickboxing and could only lose 7lbs in the year.

My thyroid shows normal. My blood work shows normal other than a speckled pattern, but the drs said it was negative for Lupus.

They dont seem to think the speckled pattern could be anything and just ignore it. I am ready to move again to find better drs.

Oh and I can barely walk anywhere with out extreme pain or fatigue. I have a service dog and in the summers (in AZ) must use a Wheelchair for any significant distance. I had to push my drs to give a Rx for one, they just keep telling me to exercise. How much more can I do, Martial arts, swimming, walking, I have a high energy dog to keep me motivated. I still cant do it all.

  • Fibro has many other conditions connected to it including IBS. I suggest you watch http://www.offerutah.org/nleesmith.htm (lecture with the newest info on FM). I dont think you are on all the right meds for it. best wishes
