Does anybody know what this could be?

When I'm lying down or sitting, everything's fine...but when I stand up my legs start getting blotchy coloring and white dots start appearing under my skin (always in the same exact places). It doesn't hurt at first, but if I'm standing up for an extended period of time, my legs start to get very painfully itchy.

This reaction always occurs when I stand, but it's worse when I'm cold.
