Hi all. I'm 20y old male, average weight and height. Few months ago my skin started to look dehydrated so I went to check it out, cause I was drinking ~3 liters of non-carbonated mineral water every day. They did 2 blood and 1 urine tests and they were normal so doctors told me to take vitamin B supplements and minerals for restoring skin turgor but after drinking them for more than one month the symptoms are still there.
Symptoms: after tenting up the skin on my fingers it stays there for few minutes;
i feel exhausted and tired all the time. (despite sleeping 8-9hours every day);
dark circles around my eyes;
sometimes I feel lightheaded, especially after standing up fast from bed;
