Docs can't figure it out

Current symptoms;

-Hands and feet feel ‘frozen’; difficult to move, type, and open containers.
-Sharp and searing pains in sole of foot and toes, feel like a nail is stuck in bottom ball of left foot.
-Numbness in left knee extending up to waist
-Weakness and shakiness now in right elbow / bicep. Unable to flex or use right bicep.

These symptoms have evolved over the last two months. Docs have done brain and cervical MRIs w/ contrast (negative), Bone marrow biopsy (negative), and lumbar puncture (CSF protein - 165). EMG showed 'irritation' in right shoulder.

Docs have mostly ruled out MS, and are talking about immunilogical involvement as I already have two autoimmune conditions, and had a cryptococcal meningial infection two years ago. They are talking about polyradiculoneuropathy, but are not able to give any explanation.
