I'm a seventy two year old woman, six years ago I was diagonsed with sleep apnea. I've been having tremors, twitching, and sweating in my all over my body. I feel a lot of twitching in my feet, and in my arms and legs. The doctors say I have RLS, but the thing is I have it all the time, the tremors. Especially at night I get them, there strong and when I get up they calm down some. They never seem to go away; the doctors found that I am deficient in vitamin D and B12. I have been taking vitamin B12 shots once every two months, but I havent felt any gain. I've been under stress, and I did take antibotics. For two weeks I've changed my diet, limit my sugar and such. Can you please suggest what I have using these symptoms, the doctors say it's all my sleep apnea but I don't believe it so.
