couple years things have changed alot. It started a two years ago when I started making music I had a sudden intense amount of energy and happiness that never stopped I wouldnt sleep for more then 3 hours a night but woke up full of energy. I made music for 5 months straight and my ego skyrocketed I lost about 20 pounds in 3 months and became paranoid of disease so I went to get checked a year ago the doctor said I was perfectly healthy and thats when I noticed my physical features starting to change. But not very much just a lil thinner in the face and cheeks. But now in the past year I havent really lost weight I'm 86 Kilo's but I eat like a horse and am lazy but dont gain much weight. I'm often dehydrated even though I drink a lot of water and I have dry eyes and now my eyes are starting to sink in with dark spots in the corners and I can see the lines that outline my eye socket and my veins in my forehead are also visible? and my cheeks are sinking in more as well. I have diarreah frequently also my blood pressure is 125 over 86 and I'm sometimes extremely analytical and sometimes depressed? I use to smoke marijuana daily, but I've quit during the last month. I'm not sure what the ***l is wrong with me and I've been to the doctors in thailand a month ago but they just did a general check up and I didnt get into the symptoms they dont speak english very well so it can be difficult! Does anybody know what the ***l is wrong with me or have and good ideas?? Thanks for the help!

  • Have you had a fasting blood sugar done? Extreme thirst and needing to frequently urinate plus sudden weight loss can indicate diabetes.

Your blood pressure seems a tad above normal, but I wouldn't diagnose it as being high. But you are showing quite a few symptoms of diabetes. Do you live in Thailand or were you just visiting? If so you may want to visit an infectious disease specialist in that area - could be parasites or some other lesser known pathogen causing your problems. If you have just stopped smoking pot, then your body and brain will need to detox and you may experience some detox symptoms (headaches, bowel changes, depression, emotional changes, etc). Make sure you are taking a good multivitamin, especially with C, as smoking leaches minerals and vitamins from the body. Good for you for quitting! Pot can be a real crutch, IMO. If you are in Thailand try to find a good Oriental Medical doctor to help get you back in balance. Best wishesDOM

  • Hi joe, I've picked up on a few things you've said which made me think depression - rushing around with lots of energy made me think manic depression - can go on for years without being diagnosed my dad has it. maijuana also causes clinical depression. weight loss could be depression - or not - you need to really see a doctor who speaks english - Diarrhoea could be caused by many things can't they do a stool test for parasites and other stuff? buy a phase book if you can't see an english doctor, hope you go on ok

  • It may be something in your brain has gone haywire from smoking pot for years. Try to get a brain CT or some other type of brain imaging.

  • if you care abt your health, why did u smoke pot daily???Marijuana is not as bad as the government has led you to believe. Putting smoke into your lungs is never healthy, but pot is MUCH safer than both alcohol and tobacco.

  • That's what you think. Studies show that pot clogs the arteries in and around the heart. If affects your thinking (his is) and is often tainted with other subtances like poison or other drugs like speed.I think it is a side effect from the drugs, along with possible bad diet, thyroid or there may be some type of neurological disorder --self induced or other. You're of a mindset that you have to get high to be creative--just think how creative you could be with full knowledge of full consciousness. You may have a sleep disorder. The person with epilepsy--see a doctor--you may need monitoring. Watch your diet and be sure and eat well. You are obsessing. If you enjoy it, you will drive yourself into a closet, so best to have a doctor take care of your spots so you can stop spending so much time on something that may be nothing.

Billions have been spent by governments all around the world trying to seek out the "hidden dangers" of the evil weed. In the end, all we learned was what pot smokers themselves already knew... Smoke can be irritating to your throat and lungs, but as far as the THC goes, it is perhaps the most benign intoxicant humans have ever used. Better perhaps to live ones life with out any intoxicants at all, but like McDonald's, billions and billions of happy, satisfied customers might not be wrong. Sex, without intent of having children can be risky, futile and addicting too but I still like it!
