I am a male aged 25 and I am facing this condition from last 1 month or so, it's like this that i am not totally into my routine matters, loss of concentration, fatigue, tiredness, excess sleep desire, malaise and numbness is all the time around. Further more frequent headaches.

i really don't know what to do, my work, my studies and my personal life, every thing is turning out to be a disaster.

Most importantly, i am getting married in Dec. I don't think that this is tension due to marriage, or whatso ever, bcoz i don't think of it, rather enjoy it. But even then, all this is disturbing me.

please suggest.

  • You're ticking the boxes for a mild to moderate depression. Your headache maybe a somatisation syndrome. Do you get pains in your belly too?Do you have early morning wakening?Feelings of Guilt?Feelings that life isn't worth living?Loss of pleasure in your hobbies/activities?Of course, you may have-- but there are other things that need to be ruled out, so go to your doctor. Try and get some exercise and do more activities and meet people. Don't stay in your house on the computer all day!
