i am 18 years old and ever since i was 3 years ld i have suffered from constand dizzy spells (these happen at least 2 times a day and can last up to an hour) they were so bad my parents could not even back out of the driveway without me getting dizzy.my parents were desperate to find a cure and started taking me to every specialist that they could find but everything came back fine...as i got older the dizzy spells started to get worse....i would have my regular daily dizzy spells but i would also vomit every other night. my parents took me back to my heart doctor several times to see if they could find anything wrong (since at age 2 i had has heart surgery to repair an ASD)....once again nothing was found. at age 11 my neurologist diagnosed me with proximal vertigo caused by migranes...and i take medication every day for this and it has helped me very much. i also go to the heart doctor for yearly check ups and he thinks my dizzyness could be heart related since i was recently diagnosed with stage 2 type 1 wenckebach (which is a mild heart arrhythmia) i dont know what it could be and i dont want to be taking medications for the rest of my lifeReply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
