Here is the long version.

1. A few weeks ago I had what felt like tightness in my throat, and a burning sensation deep in my throat. I researched it and diagnosed myself with acid reflux. I still have the tightness in throat feeling, just not all the time.

2. A week ago I began to experience shortness of breath, and dizziness, not all the time though. I seemed to concentrate then on my breathing which made it worse and I thought I was hyperventilating. There were times when I felt like passing out but never did.

3. Yesterday and today I have felt what seems to be slight numbness on my face and back of my head and in my mouth, and tingling on my arms and legs, but I have full function of everything.

I know this is a lot of information. But it is beginning to worry me a lot. I am not the sort to go to the ER or doctor over anything but this has me concerned to the point where I am calling and making an appointment tomorrow. I dont know if its all related or pure coincidence. I know something is not right because I dont feel like myself. I have searched the ends of the internet and have come here. Anyone with any advice or help I would really appreciate it!! Thank you!

PS: In my late 20s, male. Otherwise good health. I am not overweight, (almost underweight) I do not exercise, dont smoke, or drink.
