Dizzy for 14 years...any suggestions?!

My dizziness started when I was 14 after an ear infection. I've had all the tests done and according to all my work ups I'm healthy. Well I don't feel healthy. I've been dizzy constantly (wavey, not spinney) for 14 years, my joints and body are achy (it's gotten better since going dairy and gluten free 13 years ago), I'm ALWAYS tired (I never feel rested. I've had this for as long as I remember. I've even tried medication but it didn't do anything), I feel like I have a headache 90% of the time. I have anxiety, I feel like I can't relax.

I'm reaching out because I have a 3 month old son and I don't want my dizziness and fatigue to get in the way of our active life.

I've had chiropractic work done but I didn't go to anyone who specializes in C1/C2 issues. I've had craniosacral treatments, I feel a little less dizzy during the occipital base release. I'm a massage therapist so I've had plenty of massage work done by others and myself.

If anyone has any suggestions I'm open to them! I don't currently have health insurance but I hope to soon.

Thank you!

  • I think you are not effected any kind of disease, just you have need mental speed. I think regular freehand exerciser will be helpful to you. Even you may consult with a medicine specialist.
