Hi I've been feeling sick for more than 3 months now. It all started a month later after i moved to Toronto for a co-op position. I went through ***l it started with feeling nauseous when using my headphones then i wud start getting dizzy whenever i stood up and walked around. i was taken to emergency twice once from work and they CAT scanned me found nothing wrong.. blood tests i had about 5 and they all came back normal except for low platelet count and hemoglobin was just over the edge. I've had an MRI done but never saw a neurologist cuz they said MRI came back normal. I thought it was just enviromental but now im back to school ( my normal life) and my symptoms arent getting any better. I have days or weeks where i'm feeling perfect and i think im cured but my sickness comes back so randomly . i also have a roaring sound in my left ear whenever i breath and sounds seem to trigger some dizziness in me. i saw an ENT and had caloric testing and ENG everything was normal. PLEASe help i'm only 21. I'm surrently following up with a doctor she says she might send me to a hematologist and another ENT to be sure. somedays when im feeling better i try to exercise and boom i get a headache after that and the day after i feel dizzy again. I'm so frustrated i cant even go to classes now plzz help it's been a while

  • You mentioned your headphones - I got SO sick wearing headphones for skype that I got a built in mike/camera instead and am a lot better. It could involve sensitivity to "normal" radiation. The classroom is notorious for it with the fluorescent lighting as well. Anti-oxidants are helpful for radiation - you could try it out. Go to a health food store and purchase a bottle each of pommegranat and blueberry juice. Mix 1/3 glass concentrated juice with 2/3 glass water. Drink 3 of those/day for a few days and see how you feel. If the symptoms fade, that could be it. A good green powder combines well mixed into the drink, but most are brands are garbage - including the popular ones. I use Nikken's jade greenzymes which are the best I've found but not available in stores. In stores the best is "green magma". (don't get any other brand - better nothing.) But if you can't get the powder you should still notice an improvement with the drink. I have more information on this in an article I wrote recently - if you think this may be related to the way you feel I can email it to you.

Sounds like a synapsis of all my syptoms.I too have been referred to an ent and get headaches from excercize and am too fatigued to go to class and have low platelet counts. In addittion I have massive nasal congestion in my left nostril. We should keep posting because if either one of us find an answer it may be helful for us to ask our dooc for similar tests. My problems have been going on for over a year and they also started after I moved to a new apt and have persisited even since I moved out.

  • It was diagnosed as myasthenia gravis. there was nothing wrong with my ear. when the muscles near the ear are weak makes it seem tht there is sumthing wrong with my ear. a sign of this is if sometimes one of your eyelids is more droopy than the other but i never thought its related
