I need help  My symptoms are as follow: I recently developed a swollen gland on the side my neck, suffer from chronic dizziness and also recently a sharps pain in my right forearm, which could be described as a short (5 seconds) muscle weakness, developed. I have occasional headache and I’m usually tired. A muscle tenderness behind my head (just above and to the right of where the spine and skull meets) developed at the same time as the swollen gland.

I have been wearing glasses for the last 8 years and have two meals a day. Fruit and vegetables aren’t very high on my “To Eat” list and I am a smoker. There is no history of any chronic diseases in my family and I don’t bleed easily.

If anybody could give me a diagnosis, that will be really good.
