I've been diagnosed with Meniere's Disease. They gave me Valium and everything but nothing works.

I have some sort of infection in my eyelids too that make me feel drowsy and making my dizziness/light-headedness worse. Sometimes my eyes feel dry but I can't tell if it's that or my eyelids.

My head feels like I have a goldfish swimming inside of it. It also feels foggy and sometimes I have moments when I lose consciousness without really losing consciousness like falling asleep while being awake, er, it's kinda hard to explain. Things just happen that I can't remember happening.

I can't seem to stand up straight because my balance is wonky. I can't even tell what straight is. I seem to be leaning to the right.
I get muscle twitches a lot but maybe they're just psychological.
Hope you guys could help.

  • Seek out the possibilities of a Meniett device. It is new and supposed to pulsate and reduce the fluid somehow. As for the eye, make a very weak salt solution and drop a bit in the eye, if it is bareable make it a little more stronger, do this till you find a good but bareable solution as an eye flush. Then put some eye drops in for dry eyes. It is good for sore throats, it might evict some of the nasties in the eye also as ears, nose and throat are all connected sort of.Agape,searchingsam.

  • Have you had an MRI? I've been diagnosed with Meniere's disease for years (lightheadedness, dizzy, nautious) and just now found out that I have Vestibular Schwannoma which is a tumor by your ear, which is why nothing helped me. I also have a cyst in my spine which I found out causes lightheadedness. Maybe start with an mri of your brain if you haven't done so already. Good luck.
