I am a 33 yo female. I've been having problems with dizziness for 2 months now, and diarrhea for 4 weeks. Doctors tell me it's just anxiety, but I am taking Lexapro and have started an exercise/eating plan and things are not getting better. Went to ENT and he put me on prednisone in case the dizziness is inner ear related, but it's not doing anything. Thyroid, kidney, liver panels, EKG all check out AOK.

Any ideas? Is it just anxiety? I have a hard time believing anxiety can cause me to feel this bad for this long.

Thanks

I have had inner ear problems since I was a kid but i'm not having any ear issues concurrent with the dizziness. Lexapro didn't work for me but hopefully you'll have a better experience. I felt that Lexapro didn't take away the dizziness and instead coated it with a feeling of disconnectedness. I started doing yoga, and to be honest the best feeling I have all week is just after a class - probably all those endorphins. Good luck to both of us!
