Difficulty swallowing, spitting up bubbles

I have been having difficulty swallowing for the past 3 months. It feels like there is an air bubble caught in my chest, but I can't burp. I cough up bubbly, frothy spit and also mucus. I haven't been able to eat and have lost a great deal of weight, and at times I can't even swallow water. I have had 3 endoscopies, a stress test on my heart, gall bladder functioning tests, esophogeal functioning tests, CT scans, MRIs, and more and nothing has been found. Does anyone have a similar condition that has been diagnosed?
