Hi, Please help me I'm a bit lost here.

Last friday i woke up with a stiff neck and pain on my left side face behind the eye. I and was unable to speak clearly or understand others.
I was confused, couldn't perfrom normal taks and forgot most of the things that happened that day. I couldn't even add 8+9.

I am diabetic, but I checked my blood sugar several times and it was normal.
My blood pressure usually runs around 110/60, but that Friday it was 145/65.

I didn't have weakness or numbness on one side of my body, but my whole body was weak and out of energy.

The following Saturday, Sunday, and Monday, I was getting back to my senses, but the whole days felt like a dream to me.

I went to see my doctor on Monday, and she told me I could be having a stroke, so she rushed me to the ER to have an MRI.

The ER doctor, after asking me afew question, said I was too young to have a stroke, and that I didn't have one weaker side. He didn't want to do an MRI. When I insisted, he ran a CT scan. After seven hours in the ER, he told me all tests came out normal, and discharged me.

I'm very worried now, I don't know if I may have been wrongly discharged from the hospital, and if I really have or don't have a stroke.

Anybody know what might be happening to me? What options do i have?

  • The same thing well almost the same happened to me back in September i was assaulted by 2 gun man while making a delivery (Gasoline) at 3.00 am ,the next day i had to go to the company doctor or medical facility i kept telling them my lower extremity were weak they kept saying it was because of the back injury i recieved when i was thrown down ,well to shorten it up i woke up the next morning with a severe headache over or behind my left eye and i could not stand or walk i was rushed to the local Hospital and was told it was a stroke it effected my medulla back of my head at till this day i still have balance issues and cant feel any thing sharp from head to toe on my right side ,also sharp pain and burning feeling So Best thing that you can do is see a neurologist ASAP and your nrfer to young to have a stoke, doctors tell me it may take a year or more to recover or i may not recover at all but i tell the ten days i spent in the Hospital i saw a lot worse off so i Thank God every morning every morning my feet hit the ground is a good day. So Like i said Go and See a Neurologist and don't take no for an answer. And if after seeing the nuero and your not satisfied go to another. I have gone threw 3 doctors some of them don't care they seem as though your wasting there time i had one say to me well Phil your nurero check seems fine ,ya like ***l well explain to me why i still can't walk straight or feel anything on my right side you moron and left now i accutally have a doctor who cares and takes time to listen to me .as time goes on you may or may not feel different things so tell your doctor every thing you feel >You may need to have CT or Mri with Dye
