I have this problem with my jugular vein and it is scary. I don't have a way to get back to the U.S. for treatment at the moment. I have head pain on my right lower side and when I lift my right arm the jugular vein pops out big. Plus if I lay on that side it pops out also and pulses and gives me so much head pain. I am even losing hearing in that ear now. I think its possible that a bone or something may be pressing on it to cut off the blood supply and make it pool in my head.....because when I raise my arm I hear a slight popping sound in my sternum..Sometimes my head gives me shooting pains unexpectedly in the area, and that side of my neck has some rather big lumps under the skin in the back and one new one in the front of my neck, Anyone know what this is or what is the risk?:eek:Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
