I have recently taken a bath in an outdoor pool during a heavy rain. While the water was fairly warm, the air temperature was around 24C(75F). This took place in the afternoon, but the difficulties in breathing only started later that night. As far as i can tell, the problem is at the pulmonary level. I find it very difficult to breathe especially while laying down. This also happens to me after running, some ten minutes after. This is the only simptom i am aware of. I have a mild pollen allergy but i am pretty sure that's not the cause. I am not checked for asthma and i am afraid this might be the problem.
Any suggestions will be deeply appreciated.
