I have symptoms that mimic normal pressure glaucoma, my optic nerves are not quite right, I have lost most of my peripheral vision, had an MRI that indicated white matter, a spinal tap that indicated borderline high pressure and showed white cells in the fluid. I have freqent headaches, photophobia. I am on increasing doses of topamax, lumigan and timolol.
No fever, etc. I am usually better the first of the week after resting on the weekends.
