  • all i would recommend is to keep eating tons of yogurt. my good friend gets yeast infections regularly too, and eating unusually large amounts of yogurt helps keep them away longer. but i don't know much about diabetes, and how much yogurt is healthy for you. worth a shot, maybe :-/.

  • If you don't like yogurt - they do have a pill form. You have to keep it in the fridge - but it works really well.

  • I used to be a lot like what you said in your post for many years (fortunately the problem seems to have cleared), but what i used to do to avoid getting thrush every time i had sex, i used to use the canasten (thrush cream) vaginally EVERY TIME AFTER i had sex. That way I seemed to be able to avoid getting it some. If I didnt do this.. I would very quickly end up with it again. (Also dont have sex while you are having problems with this.. get it cleared up first.. then maybe try my suggestion to hopefully avoid getting it back all the time). Also make sure you are wearing cotton undies not synthetics. Taking antibiotics too will make that problem worst.. so avoid them unless really necessary. It may be helpful to ask your doctor about long term oral antifungal meds for this seeing you get the problem every month...
