62 old male cardiac& diabetec since 13 year he suffers from headache,drowsiness ,somnolence& excessive salivation after eating is this related to his sugar level &what is the cause of excessive saliva?

If you suddenly seem to have excessive saliva in your mouth, it could be because your salivary glands are making more saliva than usual (sialorrhea) or because you're swallowing less often. this is not a concern. also when eating make sure you chew the food properly and drink water if neccassary. chelc x

  • Ive no idea if excessive salivation can be caused by diabetes but I know those other symptoms can. He needs to be closely watching his diet and his sugar.
