Hi, thankyou for taking your time to read this. I'm 22 years old, and have been suffering with something doctors cant seem to help me with for years now, and it seems like they dont want to. My symptoms are -
Very bad circulation (very cold feet, also causing Erectile dysfunction)
very slow digestion and bloatedness (IBS like symptoms, particularly bad with milk)
extreme lack of motivation/energy, struggle to get out of bed in mornings or do anything at all that requires effort.. also i feel very shy and unconfident and anxious all the time...

Also, these things help a bit but cant afford to buy them all the time..

Having a protein shake (PHD Synergy, contains lots of vitamins and nutrients)
Glutamine (seems to help me with energy a bit)
omega3 fish oil, makes me feel a bit more confident and better
ZMA (zinc magnesium aspartate) before bed, helps me with energy levels a bit.
When a room is warm(very warm) i feel a lot better due to circulation.

Here is some extra info that might help -

Testosterone levels, ive had them checked several times and they always come back as normal.
I have also had my thyroid checked, comes back as normal.

So please help me find a diagnosis so i can begin some kind of help or at least have peace of mind knowing what it is, as im getting to the age now where i need to get a job and work and i just dont have the energy to do it. thankyou for any help.

  • I also have a lot of similar issues, I take bentonite clay to help move things along, I also take probiotics to aid digestion, and antacids because I also have ulcer symptoms. I try to exercise regularly and that helps the bowel discomfort and aids circulation. Good luck!

  • If you are still having dairy products .. you should ask to be tested for lactose intollerance esp since you get IBS with milk. Lactose intollerance can cause symptoms on top of just bowel ones.
