Does anyone know what this might be?
When I was twelve yrs. old I got in a car accident and bumped my right leg which caused swelling. When the swelling went down there was a dent that has numbness in the center . When touched it causes pain. It has been there for years. I am now 37 yrs. old and have noticed in the past 6 months or so, there are now several dents and lumps or hard spots that move slightly when pushed on. The dents between the lumps feel the same as the initial injury (numbness and pain). Nobody has ever told me what this is and if it is something that needs to be checked more thoroughly. When I had the first intial injury a doctor said it was just fatty tissue, but it that doesn't seem to explain the pain and numbness to me. BTW, the secondary lumps and dents seem to have come from the first. They can all be connected, leading from center of outer right thigh moving towrds back of leg and up towards hip.
