Hi I just found out I have (ddd) moderate degenerative disc disease to lumbar and thoracic spine at age 18 along with disc herniation and moderate Schmorl's nodes, I don't know what could have caused it I'm a fit healthy male 18 I'm thinking its to do with genetics and I don't know what could be done about it, they checked on a t1 and t2 sagittal and axial MRI scan. although I'm in pain around home it gets ***l of a worse when walking, my whole back locks up so I think it could be more than L5-S1 as I can hear the cartilage leaking in the back of my neck it sounds like a rain stick instrument, the report says I can talk to the radiologist so I will have to make an appointment, can any body suggest anything to help till I go see the radiographer?Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
