My daughter had her tonsils out two years ago due to chronic strep. She got very sick with infection after surgery. She has had strep every two months since. In March she got very sick but tested negative for strep. She remained sick for 3 1/2 months, in and out of the hospital or in bed. Since then she still gets a very sore throat with puss bags, headaches and extremely flushed face. She never feels good, extremely tired, her temp usually goes down even though her body feels very hot. Doctors have run several tests and everything come back negative. She is only 13 and looks terrible. She is missing a lot of school and her grades are now very low. Could be a coinsidence, but she had to get glasses. Also, scoliosis has set in, she is at 45 percent and is being braced. It seems that her back is curving about 1 1/2 to 2 percent a month. The soft palate in her mouth also becomes bruised when her throat gets bad. Any thoughts or ideas would be greatly appreciated.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
