I have a 17 yr old daugher that has had blood test, urine test, Xrays and ultrasounds done and the doctor can not find out what is wrong with her. She is vomiting every day about 2 to 5 times a day most of the time but some days she will vomit up to 15 times a day. please help!

  • has she been tested for allergies??? has she any other symptoms other than the vomiting? eg diarrhea

  • By now your daughter should be on one of the below PPIs ( proton pump inhibitors) i.e Omeprazole/Rabeprazole/Lansoprazole. Also she might be on domperidone. If she has not yet got a course of antibiotics the she may require an Upper GI endoscopy to rule out reflux oesophagitis.Dr. Ivan DSouza MD
