cyclical knee inflammation

I am suffering from cyclical knee inflammation since Aug 09. RA test negative and all other tests are within the range.

It occured thirce within last four months. It is a painless swelling with mild fever during starting period and on its full development mobilit decreases. Up and down the stairs are extreemely difficult during those days.

I am a teacher by profession and 35 year old female. My weight is 56kg and stays in India.
