Briefly, at times, if feels as if I do not have sufficient oxygen, feel very unwell and nails and lips go blue. Oxygen sat goes down. I went to A&E with this, but by the time I arrive, I was better. However, the doctor took the oxygen saturation and it was down to 93% at that time. On the otherhand, I think that the oxygen sat was much lower during the incident.
This rarely occured. But now, it is happening almost everyday.
The doctor suggested that I may have old blood clots on the lungs.
Briefly: I have varicose veins, and a saphena varix in the right groin. I am having a scan because the femoral vein is not functioning properly.
I have had a suspected heart attack on 15 Nov 06.
Now an echo showed possible cardiomyopathy, left ventricular dysfunction, functional mitral regurgitation, triscupid regurgitation, hypokinesis?
I look forward to what can I do to find out what is causing the symptoms of feeling lack of oxygen, but not breathing or gasping for air and becoming cyanotic whilst feeling very unwell.
