hi all
this is my first post, so hi to everyone :)
my question is.... my feet have been a bt cold lately, but last night in bed the pain kept me awake!! my toes (not all of them) felt like they were burning, and tingling, and when i scratched (cos it felt a little like pins n needles so wanted to scratch lol) the pain felt awful!! i felt like they were so hot that i wanted to try n cool them down (but didnt just in case).
it is mostly underneath the ends of the toes, and also my little toe to the side hurts too.
this morning, now i am up, they no longer feel like they are burning, but more tingling and cold/numb - like the feeling if u go out n ur fingers get cold, then u come into a the wamrth and they start tingling as they warm up!!
i hardly had any sleep and they were quite uncomfortable, so i obviously want to figure out the prob so i can take sumthin/rub sumthin on....
does this sound like it cud be chilblains???
any help appreciated

  • The feeling you describe is called neuropathy. Lots of things cause it. Try here: http://www.mayoclinic.com/health/peripheral-neuropathy/DS00131
