I've found blood in my stools for years now. This happens once every some months.5 years ago I had shortness of breath problems that went away with vitamin intake.Occasionally I'm feeling exhausted for no apparent reason.

Since about a week now I'm feeling very dizzy , I have constipation and frequent urination.
A few days ago I woke up feeling a discomfort and after a half an hour I felt suddenly that I couldn't breath oxygen , I got upset , heart was beating fast. It lasted less than a minute I kneeled down and things went to normal again.
The drama continued the next night , I was feeling that my body couldn't get any oxygen and I had trembling ALL NIGHT.

I managed to get some sleep and the next morning I was feeling almost perfectly ok !!! I had a blood test and showed high RBC and low MCV MCH MCHC.The doc said that it was psychological since there is no infection.

I suspect that this was a shock from Gastrointestinal Bleeding but I haven't found blood in my stools.

Any ideas about what is going on with my body ?

I'm in my mid thirties.
