Theres probably nothing seriously wrong with me, i mean my mum (im 21) says its just cos of my diet. But I eat healthily compared to alot of people i know. Still not healthy healthy but.. well anyway.

I've got a rash on my legs that doesn't go when I roll a glass over it, i'm always tired, i get diarhea alot, painful painful stomach aches, and after 2 years or so of sporadic menstruation it seems to have completely stopped since the start of this year. I get achey muscles and i'm just so tired all the time. I have put on weight in the past year though. Surely it's not just that. A little bit depressed too but I think thats unrelated, i'm less than balanced.

Call me a hypochondriac if you wish, I wouldn't put it past too much House. I think it's Lupus. The onset of locked in syndrome.

I went to the doctors before about the rash and they just said duno, and if it gets worse go hospital. But I can't just turn up at the hospital and say well, whats this? Isn't it just for accidents and emergencies.

Anyway, any feedback would be GREATLY appreciated. Probably worrying much more than I need to.

  • Go to your Doctor with a written list of all your symptoms and when they started or what makes it worse. Make the list because you will not remember most of them in the Dr.s office. Take pictures of the rash and anything else visible. Keep a diary of what causes bad days, good days, worse days. List any and all medications, Vitamins, over the counter medicines, ie;cold medicine, aspirin, herbal medicine, lotions, ointments. etc. Have you traveled out of the country or your normal area in the recent years?Request blood work, including for Lyme's Disease, parasites and full work up.Good luck, remember ask questions and do not accept "I don't know" for an answer.
