Cough and Green Stool

I've had a cough and green stool for probably two or three weeks now and I can't seem to find out why to either. I can't seem to find any common reason for the two, so I'm assuming it's something I've done or am doing. I have smoked and drank since I was 15/16 however I am now 19 and rarely do either. I don't really eat that many green foods. I am also over weight, which I doubt would 'cause the stool problem however might relate to the coughing, although it's I doubt it seeing as how it happens all the time. The cough isn't so much a really big cough but more of my upper chest kind of pushing it out I guess.

Not that this is related in any way (as far as I know), and I know this is going to probably sound gross, however I have noticed that I have some type of gunk in my belly button. Now I'm assuming it's nothing, however that's been happening for probably over a year now and it's not like lint or anything. It seems to be some type of dark ***k and it smells extremely foul. It seems to build up and kind of clump together.

I appreciate any and all support.
