I noticed a large lump on my costal cartilage when I was 18 yrs old. The doctor wasn't sure what it was, told me to inform him if it changed. Now 9 years later, I've noticed another lump on the same side but a few ribs down. Definitely assymetrical, and I'm not sure if I should worry about it or not. Anyone know what this might be? I played football in HS and a couple years in college, and I'm wondering if it could be an old unoticed injury that has healed and left a large lump, or if it is something more serious.
Thanks in advance for any replies!
