Corrugated Nails

For last few months my finger nails are becoming corrugated. Most people including doctors say it is calicium deficiency.
Please advise?

  • Hi, I'm not sure what you mean when you say corrugated nails, but if it is what I think you mean, check your cuticles, are they dry? if so that is your problem.....get some cuticle cream and apply it nightly and your nails will return to normal....I'm no doctor but your cuticle health is critical to healthy nails......

  • Ask the doctor about taking a calcium supplement. Maybe food isn't giving you enough of it.
