I am 26, I have a hard time with walking. I think it is a coordination problem. I can't walk well heel to toe and my back has a lot of stress from my uncoordinated walking. I think I may have done some brain damage to my cerebellum from alcohol abuse and small nutrition neglect. I would like to know if there is anything that can help me improve my condition and what most likely my condition is. I have a pretty wide gait, slow, and extremely uncoordinated around narrow pathways and going sideways.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
