I am a bit concerned. i am a 19 year old female i don't drink smoke or do drugs and am usually a very active young individual, i play a lot of sport and am constantly on the move and doing something. but lately i have found that i have a lack of energy and constantly needing to sleep or have a nap, i try not to cause Ive been told it is not good to have naps all the time. I also feel really light headed a lot of the time and in particular when i put my head back while standing up i feel like Im going to black out or lose my balance. getting up after sitting down or lying down is really bad as well. I have been getting on and off headaches that don't feel like the kind of headaches i usually get, they feel like pressure pushing around my head! i know it may seem like im paranoid but i have also been having this dream where i have some kind of gynecological cancer (whether its ovarian, cervical or whatever) i dont know if any of these symptoms relate to that and its probably me just be paranoid but i would like to know?
