i have had this problem proberly for the past year or so. This started of as really bad aches and pains in my joints. I was referred for blood tests, nothing, then i was referred to rhumatology, they couldnt find anything, then fro about 6 months ago, ive become so tired, i struglle to do things throughout the day. ASwell as being tired i get a lot of headaches, joint and muscle aches pains and cramps. I am also very forgetful and have poor concentration. It doesnt end here though, i have also noticed that when I eat high sugar foods e.g. chocolate cake, i feel feel dizy, sweaty and generally unwell after. I Have also began to feel dizy when standing up, to the point where things go black. there are so many small things like this going on and i just cannot find out what is causing it. I have been to the doctor and had all he usual blood tests done, been checked for depression also, every thing keeps coming back clear. someone help me please, i dont no where to look for help anymore

  • You sound like me. I would suggest a saliva test for your adrenals. Had that tested yet? I have been sick for 12 years and depression over it has nearly overcome me a couple of times over the years...seriously it's tough to have docs tell you you're fine when you know you're not, and have of them refer you to a psychologist because they just think you're a hypochondriac. Then get on meds and feel less depressed but still just as tired? So frustrating.Anyways, I have adrenal fatigue and if you end up having it too don't let any stupid doctor tell you it isn't a big deal because you and I both know it is. Can you tell I'm bitter?I have actually been diagnosed with fibromyalgia and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome but I do not believe either one of them. Fibromyalgia seems to be a catch-all for "we don't know why you're hurting" these days, although there is apparently a real condition with that name, and Chronic Fatigue Syndrome is an even more vague "we don't know why you're tired" type of disease.I have recently been taking various minerals and thank goodness they have been helping, specifically magnesium which I am apparently low in and a lot of my symptoms seem to be related to that. I'll bookmark this thread and come back to it if you end up replying again, to see if I can be any more help in the future for you. I'm too tired to go into a detailed reply. :)If you have any other symptoms you can list go ahead and we'll see if those match mine, too!Tammy
