I do not know what is wrong. Every time I eat, and some times when I drink, I end up choking. I take small bites, and I chew throughly, and yet, it continues to happen. It is getting to the point where I am only eat once a day because I am terrified that I will choke.

  • You may have some weak muscles in or around the esophagus. My mom has barretts which makes it difficult to move food fast enough. Especially when its too hot or cold. She is on Nexium and that seems to help.;)

I have been looking up different things that can cause it, and a lot of it sounds horrible..
