I have been suffering from Calf Muscles Pain since I was 5 or 6 years old. I am 26 years old now and the pain still persists. Sometimes the pain is usually low, almost negligible and sometimes the pain is unbearable. During day time, when I am engaged in work, I may or may not feel the pain. But during nights, the pain is almost always there. As of lately, my thighs have also started paining. I dont understand whether the pain is psychological or I am suffering from a disease or deficiency which may lead into serious troubles in the future. Kindly help me out.

  • If this problem has been bothering you for years, you should get it evaluated. Have you gotten plain x-rays of your lower legs? (I'm assuming that your pain is in both legs.) If you already have and if these were negative for any abnormality, the next step might be an MRI.Also, do you wear comfortable shoes that fit you well? Stresses on the feet could manifest as pain in the lower legs.
