Numbness and tingling, started aprox. 3 pm, by 6 pm symptoms were noticable and spread from the face to lips, tounge, back of right leg and right arm. Neuro exam negative, electrolyte imballance negative. No allergies, no noticable bug bites. Symptoms lasted aprox. 8 to 10 hours, but onthe next day are slightly noticble. History of migraine and dysautonomia, any ideas would be appreciated
