Confused and going crazy

For the last 2 month I have been experiencing a strange dizzyness and weakness. The dizzyness is more like a drunk feeling, like feeling tipsy and my vision is dim. It feels like I will pass out. It started when I went outside to smoke. I went out from the light into the dark and I could see a big black spot as I was outside. I believe from the light. It freaked me out a bit but I was fine , until a minute later I went to the bathroom. That is when I felt dizzy and weak and felt like I would pass out, ever since it hasn't stopped.
A week after it started I got an ear infection, could this be connected? The infection went but I get ringing in both ears often. I went to the doctors and she said she believes it comes from my neck and I was giving exercises to do to help relax my neck and vertigoheel (to help with the dizzyness), they didn't really help so I went back. She gave me some pills to help when I panic and think I will die!

The whole thing is driving me crazy. I will be visiting the ear doctor soon and I hope something will be found and fixed, I'm pretty desperate. It's driving me crazy and when I panic it makes it much worse. Some days I can live with it and get on with things and other days I'm disabled and too weak to do anything.

Does anyone have any idea what this could be? Does the black spot mean something? Or did the black spot just make me crazy and all this could be in my head?

  • I am not a doctor. There is a viral ear infection deep in the ear that is called Labrynthitis. The part of the ear that is called the Labrynthe (like a maze) can cause severe dizziness.Low blood pressure can make a person dizzy. So can anemia. Please seek medical attention.Good luck!
