;) I'm 27 years old and I think I might have bipolar manicdepression. I'm not really sure. I have mood swings, it seems everyone I get around talks about me. I often feel everyone is out to get me for no reason. My fiance is on the ferge of leaving me.I need some advice on how to get these thoughts out of my head. THANKS

  • Hi needanswers, I would like to make a couple of suggestions. First, sit down and talk to your fience and tell him how you feel. Don't leave anything out, and ask him to help you..if he cares about you..he will do anything to help you! No matter how long it takes! 2nd, I don't know anything about you...like what type of work do you do? Do you have any hobbies that you like to do? What type of life styles do you have..are you some what out going..or more quiet? Are you dealing with any other medical problems? Everything like these play a part in how you feel. 3rd, you need someone to talk to..if not your fience..a friend, parent, doctor, ect. 4th, I am alittle hesitant in mentioning this..I use this supplement for my own depression. It is called Omega fatty acids..it sounds strange, I know, but it works for me. If you go to webiste: www.wholehealthmd.com and in the search box, but in: omega-3 fatty acids and read what it is and the benefits from taking it..you will see that it has many benefits, including: used for depression and it has been used by people with bi-polar disorder..with great success! Also, check out other medical websites, to see what they say. The one that I use is: 21st CenturyTriple Omega Complex 3 - 6 - 9Reflux Free Their is many good brands out there..just be sure that you get one that is Reflux Free. I take 1 softgel a day. Like I said, it works for me...I hope that you will give it a try and see if it helps you too. TAKE CARE..GOOD LUCK..SKEETER.:) DON'T GIVE UP!
