I have sudden onset diarrhea. I usually have cramps beforehand and feel my stomach "brewing" and know I am going to have a problem. I have to immediately get to a bathroom. My face gets bright red and I break out in a cold sweat. I have painful diarrhea and feel like I am dying. I usually have 2-3 episodes within an hour or two when I have a problem. I usually have a problem with diarrhea at least once a week. Not sure what is causing this? I thought it might be a food allergy but I cannot find any patterns. Fruits (apples, oranges) and vegetables (esp. tomatoes, peas, cabbage etc. seem to make it worse or more frequent. I have cut just about everything I can think of out of my diet. I hate having this issue. Any input? HELP I don't have blood in stool (that I know of) or stomach pain otherwise. I have extreme diarrhea especially after I eat out. I love salads but can't eat them.Reply Follow This Thread Stop Following This Thread Flag this Discussion
