cold hands, sweat in armpits

I am 15 years old,and I've been having these two problems for as long as I can remember.
My hands are almost always very cold, and I can see my veins turn red. I sometimes see orange, blue and purple spots on them. No matter what I do, they won't warm up. In the summer, they can be cold too, but sometimes they are red and sweaty. Moreover my armpits sweat too much, and it is very annoying because it even happens in the winter. I always wear black or white t-shirts for that reason. It is not that I sweat a lot in general, and I never sweat in the face like other people.
I wonder if these two problems are related and if there's a solution to these problems! Thanks!!!
