I am 16 years old and I have some problems.
My hands are very cold most of the time, and turn into purple, blue, and sometimes I can see orange spots on them. And my nails are purple too. In the summer they are cold sometimes, but mostly red and sweaty.
Moreover, my ears and nose turn red and my face in general is extremely hot.
And my armpits sweat very much.
I don't know if these 3 phenomena are somehow related, but it is very annoying. Someone has told me that my hands could be cold because of stress, but I thought that stress can cause hands to sweat. I have noticed though that when I have a concert, my hands won't warm up no matter what I do, but will become warm and sweaty exactly when the concert is over. This is very annoying because I need to have warm hands to play the flute.
About my armpits, they sweat very much and in the winter. However, the sweat does not smell at all. It is very annoying and I wonder if there's any solution to it. Thanks!
