My hands and feet are extemely cold 80% of the time. My toes get so cold they turn complete white with no color and the only way i can get them back is to put them under warm water which is painful at first.

  • Looks like Raynaud syndrom...How old are you? and do you have any others symptoms?

  • It could be poor circulation, Raynaud's Phenomenon, or you could be anemic or hypothyroid. Ask your doctor to do blood tests.

  • Or Reynauds phenomenon--definitely check with rheuma tologist. Reynauds syndrome and phenomenon are not the same--different causes. With syndrome, could be diabetes, with phenom, could be "limited scleroderma" symptoms you are experiencing. My hands and feet are extemely cold 80% of the time.
