Club Foot and huge ganglion on bottom and side of foot.

Thanks and I am new here. My doctor's don't seem to know what to do. I am a 58 year old women with a club foot, it was fused many times as a child and also casted to shape the foot. In February I was in a car accident and it started at the side of a fusion on outside of foot as a little dot. It has grow to a plumb size on side when weight bearing. When not weight bearing the bottom of foot is swollen and plumb size on side gets smaller. It hurts when I walk as well as I lay here it hurts. Where the fusion was is where the pain is when I'm not on my foot. I am diabetic. Can someone please help me.
