I had unproteted oral sex and protect intercourse with a local resident in the Philippines. About a year later, I had a small painless discoloration on my foreskin, which went away in a week. When it appeared a second time, I went and got a comprehensive STD panel (HIV, syphilis, gonorrhoea, chlamydia, and HSV). I was only positive for HSV I, late antibodies. At this time, I began to have clear, mucous urethral discharge, in very small amount. My doctor treated me with acyclovir, azithromycin and then metronidazole, but the discharge still persist. It's been three months and I still have the discharge. Any suggestion would be greatly appreciated.
